What are the CXP Awards?
The Candidate Experience Awards (CXP Awards) is an annual competition that shines a spotlight on HR and talent acquisition teams and their contribution to building successful organizations around the world.
Powered by Jobylon and Trustcruit, the awards recognize organizations that set the standard for candidate experience excellence. The awards are based on Candidate Net Promoter Score (CNPS), a research-based methodology that measures candidate experience at two key stages of the hiring process: interview and rejection. All data is collected directly from candidates through standardized surveys using Trustcruit.
Participation is free, giving organizations the opportunity to benchmark their candidate experience against top-performing employers.
The Employer Branding category is based on candidates' responses to the question: "To what extent do you view [Company] as an attractive employer?" Candidates rate their answer on a scale from 0 to 10.
