The Candidate Experience Awards (CXP Awards) initiative is a yearly HR competition with the aim to shine light on HR departments and strengthen the importance of HR in organizations worldwide.

The CXP Awards uses the research based Candidate Net Promoter Score (CNPS) in two phases; Interview and Rejection. All data is collected from job candidates in a standardized way using Trustcruit’s survey tool. It is free to compete, and compare your score against candidate experience top performers.
